1. Eyewear Production Time: 1–5 Business Days

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Our in-house optical lab will:

• Verify your prescription and lens selection
• Craft your lenses with care
• Assemble and inspect your frames
• Prepare your order for shipment

This process usually takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your lens type and prescription complexity.

2. Packaging and Shipment

After your glasses are completed, they are securely packaged and handed over to our trusted logistics partner.

We ship to most countries worldwide, and every order includes a tracking number, so you can follow your package in real time.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• United States & Canada:
  Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after production.
• Other International Regions:
  Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
